Live #157 & Even More Music in 2025

Over the past few weeks, we’ve continued to fold more music into the regular rotation, plus we made October’s Live broadcast a special one. For more details, read on!

For Live #157, Lunar and DMJ pulled inspiration from the harvest season to bring our second cooking-themed broadcast into view. This show was simulcast on GensokyoRadio.net as well as via the LunarSpotlight Twitch channel where we shared a video feed of both kitchen spaces as the cooking commenced. DMJ whipped up a savory dish and a pie while Lunar baked apple cinnamon muffins. The episode will be available for listening (and viewing) at a later date.

On the music side, we’re cramming in as many new songs as we can through the filter in order to add even more music to the rotation before November. This is because we need to give enough time for new music to play on the station and reach equilibrium against all other songs in the rotation before year’s end when the Top 100 list will be tabulated.

Looking forward, we’ll be entering a slower period in November and December where holidays and other external focuses will occupy more of our time, but we’re always working on something behind the scenes.
