*1411kbps is the upper limit of a FLAC audio stream. Since FLAC is a compressed (yet lossless) format, real-world bitrates are closer to 800-1100kbps.
It's like comparing BMP image files to PNG files; they're the same quality, just as BMP files are uncompressed (like WAV audio files), but PNGs contain the same image pixel for pixel (and so do FLAC files compared to WAV files of the same sample rate and bit depth).
