Store Shipping Resumes After Pre-Order Sale

This week, we finalized the pre-order bulk order and submitted an order for all of the shipping supplies we’ll need to send out July’s orders. For more details, read on.

T-shirts from our recent pre-order sale are currently in production! We should get these in-studio within the next couple weeks and ship them out shortly thereafter, meaning we’re on-schedule for expected delivery times.

During the pre-order sale, there were a small handful of orders that did not include a pre-order item and have been on hold until this week. Between TouhouFest and the pre-order sale, we had exhausted our supply of shipping materials and needed to get the bulk order started before restocking. Now that we’re ordered and restocked, shipping of all orders will resume this week with materials for shipping pre-orders on standby.

Additionally, some store order emails have been ending up in peoples’ spam inboxes. If you ordered something in July and haven’t received an email, please double-check your spam inbox.
